My sight isn't glowing, now what? 

Night Fision has the longest illumination guarantee in the industry. If your sights aren’t glowing, please reach out to us here and we will resolve any issues as quickly as possible.



Payment, Shipping & Returns Questions

What forms of payment do you take?

We offer most major credit cards (ie. American Express, VISA, Mastercard..etc.). We do not accept Paypal.


How long will my order take to ship?

All sights are installed as built-to-order. Orders typically take 2-3 business days for building/processing before they are shipped. A tracking number will be sent via email once the package leaves our facility.


We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal US holidays. Other limited circumstances may also impact shipping times such as address confirmation, order combination, etc. If you encounter any issues with your shipment such as delays, please contact your shipping vendor directly. Unfortunately, we have absolutely no control over your package delivery once it’s in the hands of shipping vendors and cannot guarantee delivery times.


What if I need to cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please submit a customer service ticket here to request an order cancellation. We can cancel and process refunds if we can stop the order PRIOR to it leaving our facility. Orders that have already shipped CAN be refunded, only after the customer returns the unopened item. 


We do not provide shipping labels for cancellation requests after the package has shipped.


What if I want to return my order?

You have a 7 day window to start your return process by submitting a ticket here.

Please note there will be a 5% restocking fee assigned to all returned orders.
