Night Fision Arms will not be responsible for any issues, refunds or exchanges for products which are not manufactured by Night Fision Arms. Warranty issues may be handled directly with the manufacturer. Night Fision Arms is not responsible for refunding or exchanging manufactured products by another company. There is a 5% restocking fee for returned items that are returned for refund due to mis-purchased or change of mind.

 

Exchanges are accepted, please start a Ticket to begin that process. Please note there may be a 5% reprocessing fee (return shipping) which should accompany your returned item. Please contact us prior to your return for an accurate total. You MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. Please note: Shipping and Handling fees are nonrefundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault. If Night Fision Arms is at fault, we will gladly cover any return shipping costs and correct your order.
